Purpose of Establishment
The Institute for Female Athletes (IFA) was established in December 2024,
consisting of members who came together with the hopeand aspiration of supporting female athletes.
Members are dedicated to supporting female athletes to help them
- Embrace the excitement and fulfillment as they engage in sports
- Welcome self-examination as they pursue excellence in their performance,
- Enjoy friendly competition with their peers and share their dreams of the future.
Performance enhancement; health topics, personal rights including image rights; career development; coaching methods, and sports beauty… we aim to address issues faced by female athletes by
- - Helping athletes cope with challenges effectively, aided by the expertise, knowledge, and networks of our members,.
- - Serving as a platform for open discussion where athletes can and share their concerns and awareness of issues with each other, as well as with coaches and other stakeholders.
- - Developing new services to closely support athletes in their daily lives, now and in the future.
In an open and collaborative process,IFA will continue to work hard to achieve these goals.
